Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Buyonder collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use Buyonder's live, agent-assisted global fashion-shopping platform. Through the service, customers communicate with verified local Shoppers by live video and audio, including point-of-view feeds from compatible smart glasses, approve mission-specific purchases, fund transactions using supported payment methods, and receive products through delivery providers.
Scope and controller
This Privacy Policy applies to Buyonder's websites, applications, live shopping sessions, customer and Shopper accounts, support communications, and related services.
Buyonder LLC is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this policy, subject to any service-specific notice that Buyonder provides for a particular feature or program.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, Buyonder may collect the following categories of information:
- Account and contact information. Your name, email address, telephone number, username, account credentials, billing and delivery addresses, and your language and communication preferences.
- Shopping-mission and transaction information. Product requests, links or images you submit, customer approvals, merchant and item details, sizes or variants, prices, receipts, shipping and delivery information, returns, refunds, disputes, and support communications.
- Payment and wallet information. Transaction status, payment method type, payment tokens, wallet addresses, supported stablecoin transaction details, and related records received from payment, banking, card-issuing, wallet, or blockchain service providers. Full payment-card credentials are generally collected and processed by authorized payment providers rather than stored directly by Buyonder.
- Identity, eligibility, and compliance information. When required, your date of birth, government identification, selfie or identity-verification results, business or tax information, sanctions screening results, fraud or risk signals, and Shopper onboarding information. Some vendors may collect this information directly and provide Buyonder only with results or limited data.
- Live-session and communication information. Live video, audio, messages, product images, point-of-view content, and other information that participants choose to share during a session. If a session is recorded or retained beyond what is necessary to transmit and provide the session, Buyonder will provide notice and obtain consent where required by law.
- Device, usage, and technical information. IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, app version, access time, pages and features used, crash and security logs, data from cookies or similar technologies, and approximate location inferred from your IP address.
- Location information. A Shopper's or user's precise or approximate location, only when it is enabled, provided, or needed for an approved mission, safety, delivery, fraud prevention, or legal compliance, and with permission where required.
Sources of information
Buyonder receives information directly from customers and Shoppers, and from the other participant in a shopping mission.
Buyonder may also receive information from merchants, delivery providers, payment, card, wallet, and identity-verification providers; from your devices with your permission; and from public, fraud-prevention, sanctions, or compliance sources.

Blockchain information
Supported stablecoin transactions may be recorded on public or permissioned blockchains.
Wallet addresses and transaction records on public blockchains may be visible to others, may be permanent, and are outside Buyonder's ability to delete or alter.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential cookies or local storage may be used to support security, remember preferences, and operate core functions of the service.
Analytics or other nonessential technologies may be used as described in notices made available to you and, where required by law, only after you have given consent.
You can manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser or device controls. Blocking essential technologies may affect how the service operates.
International transfers
Because Buyonder supports global shopping, your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where customers, Shoppers, merchants, and service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws of your home jurisdiction.
Where a transfer is restricted by applicable law, Buyonder will use contractual, organizational, or other safeguards required by that law.
Retention
Buyonder retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operating your account, completing transactions, handling returns and disputes, preventing fraud, protecting safety, meeting tax and accounting requirements, complying with payment-network rules, and satisfying legal obligations.
Retention periods depend on the type of information, its sensitivity, the associated risk, the purpose for which it was collected, and applicable law. When information is no longer needed, Buyonder deletes it, anonymizes it, or securely isolates it as appropriate.
Security
Buyonder uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are appropriate to the nature of the information and the service. However, no system is completely secure, and Buyonder cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and should promptly report any suspected unauthorized access to info@buyonder.com.
Privacy rights and choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; to request review of certain automated decisions; to opt out of marketing communications; and to appeal a denied request where applicable.
You may submit a request by contacting info@buyonder.com. Buyonder may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and it may retain certain information or decline a request where permitted or required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where the law allows.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the privacy or data-protection authority that applies to you.
U.S. state disclosures
Residents of U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have the right to know about and access the personal information Buyonder holds about them, to correct or delete it, to obtain a portable copy, and to opt out of legally defined sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. These rights are subject to exceptions and to the applicability thresholds of each law.
Buyonder will not discriminate against you for exercising any applicable privacy right.
Children and minors
The service is intended for adults who are 18 years of age or older. A customer under 18 may use the customer-facing service only with the supervision and authorization of a parent or legal guardian, as stated in the Terms & Conditions.
The service is not directed to children under 13 or under any higher minimum age required by local law. If Buyonder learns that it has collected a child's information without the required authorization, it will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
All Shoppers and cardholders must be 18 years of age or older.
Third-party services and links
Third-party retailers, payment, wallet, and card providers, authentication providers, carriers, and other services that are linked to or used with Buyonder have their own privacy practices.
